Why We Built This
Altura wasn't born out of a business plan. It was born out of a genuine belief that agents deserve better. Freeman and Dustin spent years navigating an industry that often felt like it was designed to keep agents busy rather than help them grow. Too many brokerages offered a desk, a brand name, and good luck. Not enough offered a real platform. So they built one.
Between them, they've tried nearly everything the industry has to offer — different brokerages, different coaching programs, different tools and systems and strategies. Some of it worked. A lot of it didn't. What you find at Altura today is the product of that trial and error — years of refining what actually moved the needle and quietly setting aside what didn't. Nothing here exists because it sounded good in a meeting. It exists because it worked in the field.
